Texture Tools

Texture Tools offer the functionality to tile, scale, pixelize and rotate textures. The cool thing is that it takes OTHER textures as inputs. Same functionality as the UV Tools (https://gumroad.com/l/SparkUVtools) but much easier to use. Includes Advanced Example scene as well as a tutorial to achieve advanced effects.
